Shuffle review: a licensed Stake-style casino that checks ID early

Licence

The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate portal covers shuffle.com under licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, granted on 16 October 2024 to Natural Nine B.V., company number 160998, with status Active when we read it on 8 September 2026. The casino's own licence page prints the same number, the same company and the same company number.

One oddity: Shuffle's licence page and anti-money-laundering policy call the regulator the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, while the register and its own terms say Curaçao Gaming Authority. The number is identical everywhere, so this is a naming slip rather than a licence problem. The full check is on is Shuffle legit.

Documents

Clause 5.2 allows an identity check on reaching a threshold Shuffle sets from time to time, “and in any event before your first withdrawal”. The anti-money-laundering policy adds a second, risk-based withdrawal threshold, also without an amount. Accepted methods include a passport, national identity card or driving licence, electronic checks, payment instrument validation and database checks.

So the common line that Shuffle “publishes no KYC threshold” is true and misleading at once: there is no number, but the first withdrawal needs ID anyway. What to expect, and how to get through it at the first attempt, is on Shuffle KYC.

Games and originals

The token sits above the games: SHFL at $0.2927 that day, with Convert and Dashboard buttons, then the lottery and the airdrop. The Shuffle Games row is the in-house originals. The cookie notice at the bottom is the site’s own.

The front row of the lobby is Shuffle Games, the in-house originals: Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Plinko and Blackjack, with more further along. Around them sit slots, a live casino, table games, Shuffle Picks and a Challenges tab. The provider index links 56 providers, one of which is Shuffle's own studio.

A provider count is not a studio count. The same studio can appear under two spellings, and a link can lead to a label rather than a separate business. We quote 56 as links, nothing more.

Shuffle publishes a provably fair page for its originals. It renders only in a browser, so we have not summarised the mechanism; open the page on the site to read Shuffle's own description.

The SHFL token

SHFL is Shuffle's house token, with a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000. The sidebar shows its price, $0.2927 on the day of our screenshot, next to Convert and Dashboard buttons, and links to the SHFL Lottery and SHFL Airdrop.

A house token ties part of your rewards to one company's coin. If the price falls, so does what you earned. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and we treat SHFL rewards as a bonus that can shrink rather than as savings. Other house tokens are set against it on casinos like Shuffle with a token.

Shuffle's sportsbook is real in all three places you would look: a Sports tab in the main navigation, a separate page of sports terms, and clause 14 of the terms of service, headed Sports betting. Casino and sports share one balance.

Withdrawals

This is where the terms say most, and also where they stay silent on the question most people ask.

• Clause 10.2: each deposit must be wagered once before funds from it can be withdrawn, unless the coins go back to the same wallet address on the same network.
• Clause 10.6: the minimum withdrawal for each method is shown in the cashier.
• Clause 10.7: a fee may be charged, and it is shown before you confirm.
• Clause 10.10: a responsible gambling tool will not be used to delay a legitimate withdrawal, and funds stay withdrawable during a cooling-off period.
• Clause 10.12: any fiat processing time is indicative only.

No processing time for crypto is printed anywhere, and no withdrawal ceiling either. Anyone quoting “instant” payouts for Shuffle is quoting something the operator does not say. Promotions and VIP

We did not read the shuffle.com VIP page. The eight-rank grid that circulates online, Bronze to Diamond, belongs to the sweepstakes site Shuffle.us and is shown on Shuffle.com vs Shuffle.us; it should not be read as the crypto casino's club.

Where it operates

Clause 8.3 names 14 places whose residents may not use shuffle.com, the United States, the United Kingdom and Curaçao among them, and ends with an open catch-all. The anti-money-laundering policy describes time-zone checks against device location and says accounts that conceal their location are blocked or suspended.
