Licence check
Is Shuffle legit? The register record, the operator, and the fine print
Shuffle passes the first test cleanly: on 8 September 2026 the Curaçao register covered shuffle.com under licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, status Active, and the casino printed the same number and company. Here is what that record says, the 1 naming slip in Shuffle's own papers, what a licence does not cover, and how to check it yourself.

Short answer: yes, on the register
Shuffle's licence checks out. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate portal returned a certificate for shuffle.com on 8 September 2026, and the operator's own pages print the same licence number and the same company. A licence is not a guarantee of fast or friendly service, but it means there is a regulator above the casino, which is more than several Shuffle alternatives can say.
What the register says
Searching shuffle.com in the portal on 8 September 2026 returned a Certificate of Operation. In substance, it certifies that shuffle.com is operated by Natural Nine B.V., a Curaçao company with company number 160998, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1337/0628 in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. It gives the grant date as 16 October 2024 and the status as Active.
Shuffle's own licence page gives the same company, the same company number, the same licence number and a registered address at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad. Its anti-money-laundering policy adds that the company was incorporated in 2022.
The two checks that matter
A licence claim has two halves, and both can be tested:
- Does the register cover this domain? For shuffle.com, yes.
- Does the casino print the number the register prints? Yes, and the company and company number match too.
A seal in a footer is only an image. The register is the record with a public author behind it, and where the two disagree, the register wins. For Shuffle they agree.
One naming slip
Shuffle names its regulator two ways. The register, its terms (clause 11) and its complaints clause say Curaçao Gaming Authority. Its licence page and its anti-money-laundering policy say Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the body's older name. The number never changes, so this is a document that has not been updated, not a second licence.
What a licence does not cover
The register answers one question: is this operator authorised by this regulator. It says nothing about:
- How quickly a withdrawal arrives. Shuffle prints no processing time for crypto at all, and calls fiat timings indicative only (clause 10.12).
- When ID is asked. Clause 5.2 requires a check before the first withdrawal in any event; see Shuffle KYC.
- Who may use it. Clause 8.3 names 14 places whose residents may not, the United States and even Curaçao among them.
- What the terms say on any given day. Shuffle's terms of service carry no version number and no date.
Shuffle.us is a different business
The Shuffle name also sits on shuffle.us, a sweepstakes site run by Munyon Canyon Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company. It claims no gaming licence and says in capitals that it offers no real money gambling; players use Gold Coins, which have no cash value, and Shuffle Cash, which can be redeemed for prizes. A search of the Curaçao portal for shuffle.us returned no results, which fits what the site says about itself. Nothing on this page about Natural Nine's licence applies to it. The two are compared on Shuffle.com vs Shuffle.us.
Licensed alternatives, if the licence is what you care about
Shuffle already clears the licence bar, so the reasons to switch lie elsewhere. These alternatives also showed Active Curaçao records when we checked: Vave (OGL/2024/1676/0905), our advertiser, where our own withdrawal on 28 August 2026 needed no ID up to 5,000 USDT; TrustDice (OGL/2024/664/0280), with a TXT token and our own May 2026 test; Stake (OGL/2024/1451/0918); BetFury (OGL/2024/1494/0942); Wild.io (OGL/2024/210/0198); and Metaspins (OGL/2024/1063/0437). Head to head: Shuffle vs Stake and Shuffle vs Vave.
How to check any casino licence yourself
- Search the casino's exact domain in the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate portal, then in the Anjouan public register.
- If a certificate appears, note the number, the company and the status. Active or valid is what you want.
- Open the casino's own licence page and check it prints the same number and company.
- If nothing appears, search a domain you know is covered. If that one shows and yours does not, the empty result is real.
- Write down the date. Records change.
It is the routine behind every licence cell on this site, set out on how we compare.
